Remote Maintenance and Training -
When your computer goes down or you can't figure out how to get it to do what you need, your ability to work comes to a halt. How long you're down can vary dramatically.
Whenever possible, and that is most of the time, I provide maintenance, repair and training support over a very secure remote computer link. Most problems and/or questions are solved in less than 20 minutes and my clients are usually back to work before a technician could even start across town. It saves you both time and money.
